Terms & Conditions

• Orders are delivered within one week from the date the order is confirmed.
• Please do not open or inspect your order in the presence of the delivery representative.
• If you encounter any issue with your order, kindly contact us within 24 hours of receiving it.
• If an order is refused upon delivery, the customer is responsible for the applicable shipping charges.

Exchanges are accepted only in the following cases:

• The perfume bottle is broken or leaking.
• The atomizer (sprayer) is defective or not functioning properly.

The product must be unused and returned in its original condition.

• Returns are not accepted solely because the fragrance did not meet personal preference.
• If a return request is approved as an exceptional case, the refund will be processed within 14 business days after the product has been received and inspected.
